The eCPD app not only logs your activity, but sends you reminders and generates a summary by adding up all your activity on demand and much more! In this era of connected and networked individuals, eCPD allows you set-up a global electronic peer group.You will be able to invite your peers to activities that you are attending and also look at their upcoming activities to ensure you don’t miss out on learning opportunities and events in your field of interest.
The attractive and logically designed user-interface is intuitive, easy and quick to use. The app gives you full flexibility to capture your learning as you go along. You can record proof of you learning by either taking photos of certificates, articles or anything else you feel is relevant using the camera on your smartphone or by attaching screenshots of digital documents. Add up to three pictures per activity which will be displayed as thumbnails, enlarge the thumbnails for a better view, delete the attachments, add new attachments when you receive certificates of attendance. Write reflective notes on each activity for your reference and also add personal development goals.
Just set your target and annual CPD/CME cycle date and leave the rest to the application. eCPD will send you quarterly updates so that you never get caught by surprise near your annual appraisal.
Enter activities that you intend to do in the future, spread the word among your peers so that you can attend with like minded friends and colleagues. Also, don’t worry about forgetting to attend after booking yourself onto an activity because of your hectic work schedule (weve all been there!). eCPD will send you reminders one week and one day before your planned activity to make sure it doesn’t slip your mind.
At any time, on a mere touch, eCPD will tabulate all your activity chronologically, add up the number of hours you have completed with all the evidence that you have captured in a summary report in PDF format that you can email to either yourself or your appraiser.
